Then
If the report is favorable, we will prepare the necessary projects and technical documents to apply for it at the relevant City Hall.
Finally
We submitted the documentation to the relevant City Hall.
Important: It is possible that in order to carry out the change of use it may be necessary to carry out some type of works to adapt the space to its new use. If it is the case, the project and the technical direction of the works is included in our fees.
How much does a modification of use cost?
The visit and the drafting of the feasibility report of the change of use has a cost of 250 € + VAT.
The drafting of the change of use application project, and if applicable, the building permit project, activity license, processing of documentation with the administration and obtaining the certificate of occupancy, the cost varies depending on each case. The rate will be set on a case-by-case basis after the change of use feasibility report is completed. This rate starts at 500 € + VAT.
How long does it take to change the use of a property?
The feasibility study is completed within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the size of the space.
The legalization and obtaining of the license will depend on the documentation required by the Town Hall, in general the Town Halls take from 2 to 4 months, without taking into account the period of works and reforms, in case these are necessary.
