Sergi Pujadó Soler, by profession an Architect and Quantity Surveyor, leads the Pujadó Soler studio. As mentioned, in recent years it has built more than 100 homes in the city of Barcelona.

As a Technical Architect he is accredited and registered in the College of Technical Architects of Barcelona with membership number 12,854. And as an Architect he is accredited and registered with the College of Architects of Catalonia with membership number 69.476/2.

He also leads the Architecture studio with total conviction and with financing from his own billing, providing greater security to our client.

Home, Quantity Surveyor

At the end of his high school studies, our partner decided to study Technical Architecture, which validated him to become a quantity surveyor.

As such, he has carried out numerous works on his own account. Especially new construction works. Performing not only the execution management but also the health and safety coordination.

Subsequently, master’s degree and architect

Shortly after starting his professional career came an economic crisis and the sector was severely affected, so he decided to continue training as a professional by pursuing a master’s degree in structures. But after a short time, he felt that studying architecture was the next step. Thanks to this, Pujadó has a fairly broad vision of all the parameters of a work.

Labor and works

He completed his architectural studies several years ago, while at the same time working as a quantity surveyor. In his professional career he has never stopped working at any time with a continuous workload.

Currently, he can work both as an Architect and as a Quantity Surveyor, having a broad picture of the construction process. Sometimes he even performs both functions in the same work. As a quantity surveyor, he has carried out several new construction projects in Barcelona and Girona, mainly collective buildings and single-family houses. As an architect he is executing new collective residential buildings in Barcelona, single-family houses in the province of Barcelona as well as a public residential building (Hotel). In this sense, it is worth noting that Sergi also has expertise in hotel design.

Today
