Pujado Soler is an Architecture and Building studio specialized in the construction of residential buildings. In 2012, they completed a project in Badalona, a residential building with three apartments on the second floor and two duplexes on the third and fourth. Each of the five apartments has a badalot with access to a private terrace.

The building was designed with sustainability in mind, using durable and renewable materials. The insulation is made from recycled materials and the windows are high-efficiency models that allow natural ventilation. The building also has a rainwater collection system that recycles gray water for use in the garden.
