First of all, Sergi studied Building Engineering, Technical Architecture at the Higher Polytechnic School of Building of Barcelona – UPC

Then, after a year and after acquiring extensive technical knowledge, he began his studies in Architecture at the School of Architecture – UIC . Upon graduating as an Architect, he was hired as Professor of Architectural Design and Composition at the same school.
