Font d’en Fargues is an exclusive neighborhood in Barcelona, located in the Horta – Guinardó district. This neighborhood recognized for its residential buildings that are intertwined with the beauty of its natural environment. In 2019 PS was privileged to receive the exciting commission to design one of these magnificent buildings. The project focused on creating a dream residential space, where luxury and comfort merge to provide an unparalleled life experience to those who inhabit it.
The result, completed in 2023, has been a luxurious and comfortable residential building that reflects the elegance and sophisticated lifestyle that characterizes this Barcelona neighborhood.
A high-end PS project
Our challenge was to create an architectural design that would blend in with the lives of the new residents of the neighborhood, while maintaining an air of exclusivity. The building has 8 high-end homes, each of which has been designed with a mix of modern design and functionality to create an environment of accessible luxury.
Residents enjoy a number of on-site amenities, including a swimming pool with stunning city views. This project is a testament to our commitment to design excellence and customer satisfaction.
